| REASON: | This can happen when the email address you have registered is incorrect or out of date. Emails can also be removed and stored by your SPAM software or delayed by your own Internet Service Provider |
| SOLUTION: | The DOWNLOAD ACCESS email is not required to enable access of your downloads. LOGIN and click 'MY DETAILS'. If the email displayed is inaccurate update it by clicking 'CHANGE EMAIL' then typing in your new email below [twice] and clicking SUBMIT.
Click the red 'ORDER HISTORY' button to view your purchases [This button is always available in 'MY DETAILS] and click 'DOWNLOAD NOW' on the product you wish to download. On the Download Access page that appears enter your email address and follow the instructions. [The security code has automatically been entered.] |
| PROBLEM: | MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR PURCHASE CODE COULD NOT BE AUTHENTICATED FOR DOWNLOADING. |
| SOLUTION: | Possibly the access code or email address has been entered incorrectly. The email address must match the address displayed when you log in and click 'MY DETAILS'.
If you are copying your link from an email in 'Plain Text' format then ensure that the link you copied to your browser address bar has been copied completely. Missing any text from the end of the link will prevent access. |
| PROBLEM: | MY LOGIN DETAILS ARE REFUSED. |
| SOLUTION: | Ensure you are typing in your details correctly. If the problem persists click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD on the Login Page and type in your email address and request a PASSWORD HINT or a NEW PASSWORD. Your new password together with your username will be sent to the email address you have previously registered. |
| PROBLEM: | WHEN WILL MY DOWNLOAD ARRIVE? |
| SOLUTION: | Downloads are not sent to you. You can access your digital product by following the instructions above and downloading it to your computer. |
| PROBLEM: | ERROR: MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY IN USE! |
| REASON: | More than one account exists using your registered email address. |
| SOLUTION: | Go to the LOGIN page [you may need to LOGOUT first]. Click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD and enter your email address in the correct box. Click 'EMAIL MY DETAILS'. Your account details, including a newly generated password, will be sent to your email address. Use this account to LOGIN and visit MY DETAILS to update your information. Use this account to LOGIN in future. |
| PROBLEM: | MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR CARD NUMBER IS ASSOCIATED WITH AN EXISTING PAYPAL ACCOUNT. |
| SOLUTION: | You must pay using your PAYPAL ACCOUNT or use a different email

| PROBLEM: | I AM UNABLE TO ADD ITEMS TO THE SHOPPING CART. |
| SOLUTION: | Cookies must be enabled on your computer to use the shopping cart. You can see if cookies are enabled on your computer by reading the text at the bottom of the DOWNLOAD HOME page. If cookies are disabled click the red link for instructions on how to enable them. |
